Favoritism and discrimination are common here. Of course they try to mask it as something else. Pretty women and friends are given advancement opportunities over more qualified individuals. Good employees either leave once they see the true colors of the company, they are discharged for illogical reasons or they are discharged due to jealous coworkers making false reports to Human Resources. Then HR cherry picks their people for their investigation as well as cherry picks their questions to suit their agenda and force people out of the door. Women are always the victim to HR, regardless of the circumstances. I guess they forget that men can also be victims of Gender Discrimination and can have the company and individuals brought up on charges.
I was also a victim and I know I'm not alone. But I have more important things to do than to seek revenge against this shady company. I went back to contracting and earning 6 figures per year. I took a pay cut to work for this company. However, I will have a big smile on my face the day I see them in the news facing a discrimination lawsuit.
