Great products. No question the best sports company and ortho docs go-to brand.

Cons

Totally depends on your distributor, but in Mpls there was poor leadership, terrible office, corrupt work culture, they will change your comp plan in the middle of the year, you will make less than whatever they sell you on. No upward mobility or career pathing whatsoever.
