Benefits ....free medical and dental, doctor on site, free hot lunch, free gym membership, every 5 years free vacation. Decent pay with annual and holiday bonuses

Cons

When you are treated like family you have nothing to complain about. The only thing I wish I could change is working for them sooner

Great benefits, great work atmosphere, high professionalism.

Cons

Low pay, some supervisors are kind of rude, they moved all manufacturing jobs 45 miles east to some isolated location (Ave Maria) and for the pay I didn't think it was worth it.

great products, innovation, market leader, access to surgeons.

Cons

Distributors will make you pay your own way through everything. Training, work trips, inventory, gas, associates, etc...all on your dime. Arthrex is a stepping stone for a real medical sales job. Make your contacts, get a feel for the world of medical sales, and move along to a job with less hours, less bs, and more company support.
