Pros

My team s great and delivery dates are always tailored to the work to be finished.

Cons

Workday starts at 8a, not 9a. Lots of regulatory and compliance documents to review throughout your tenure.

Pros

Management is enlightened and competent.

Cons

Frugal when it comes to developer equipment, computers and peripherals. Also they don't stock things you would need, certain cables etc. Procurement process is not simple. Still a great place to work though.
