Pros

Great hours. Vacation, Well being and Banked time. Friendly coworkers, always helpful. Working remotely (hope it stays that way). Minimal schedule changes. Busy work, but easy.

Cons

No 401K, hopefully soon. Would have preferred 4 day work week but can't complain about being off Saturday and Sunday. Lots to remember.

I’m glad you found your time at Article on the Talent Acquisition team enjoyable, and we are incredibly grateful for your contribution. As we went through hypergrowth, it meant doubling the size of our workforce. The hiring volume this year has slowed down which resulted in the need to resize the TA team. It’s the first time we’ve gone through a reduction in force during COVID, and we tried to be as generous as possible with our severance package. It’s incredibly hard to have a few amazing people leave our team, but we’re grateful for your time here and the impact you had on Article. -Brad

I appreciate you sharing your views. I’d like to lend my perspective to a few of your points. As you know, we survey every Particle twice a year to get a feel for their workplace happiness, what we’re doing well and where we can improve. When we benchmark against other companies, our happiness scores are significantly higher. We’re always improving, though, as “relentlessly pursuing remarkably better” also applies to how we treat our Particles. With the schedule change, I empathize and understand how that can feel. Before COVID, we operated 7 days a week. In our interviews, we’re upfront about how operations expand and schedules will change. We’re growing so fast, and that’s due to our customers loving our products and the ease with which they receive them. With our customer obsession mentality, we always try to deliver incredible value to them, which means delivering at times that fit their lives. I hope you know how much we value your work, as we pay close to top of the market for drivers and offer benefits that few companies can match (and we’ll always consider any religious accommodations with schedules). We care deeply about your wellbeing, and we’re looking at ways to make this change fair for everyone. -Matt R., VP of Logistics Operations
