Regarding your concerns, we understand that changes in policies and organizational direction can be challenging and understand the need for better communication around policies like RTO and restructuring.
We're continuously evolving and refining our strategies to better align with our goals. We're transparent about our journey and acknowledging areas where we may have overinvested in tech and needed to pivot our focus.
