Hi and thank you for your feedback. We’re so happy to hear that our WFH arrangement and great team members had a positive impact on your experience at Article. The recent changes were not easy and parted ways with some truly exceptional people. We’ve been working with our People & Culture team, as well as creating a Particle Alumni Slack community to support our impacted employees through this transition period. Providing Particles a balance to their work and life outside of work is something that matters to us and we’re happy to hear that our WFH arrangement was a great option for you. In response to your thoughts around forecasting and leadership experience, the pandemic has been a difficult landscape to navigate for many businesses, and we are constantly readjusting and using data to improve in these areas. It is also important, as we move forward, that we refocus and address any areas where lack of accountability or inefficiencies existed within our teams.
