Pros
- People are friendly when they want to be - Perks are pretty good - Fully remote and that's it
Cons
More and More team positions are being contracted out. The IT team does not give promotions or salary adjustments, even after you have been working for the company for almost 3 year years. They will put you on a PIP and push you out of the company before entertaining even trying to help you career - There has been high turnover because they will give a manager role to anyone. Last manager said she was "nervous" about reading a performance review even though she should have wrote it. More like a puppet to me. - Leadership town halls are just to blow smoke up your butt, so many numbers and milestones to hit but at the same time Articulate can't even keep up with an AI assistant that they are grasping at straws to make. Articulate use to be a pretty great company 2 years ago and longer in the past but now the wrong people are in charge, everyone loves to throw the blame on everyone else and I am glad that I left. -Articulate does not believe in their own values and it is showing, in more reorgs SILENT layoffs. - If you do not work with the actual product you are not going to move up or around in the company. I tried a few different times to change positions but worked internally for the company and not with the actual customers. If you don't work with the product or know the product you are basically stuck in the position that you get.
