Pros

PROS has poor leadership across the board. Very fake. Their sales goals are ridiculous and less than 25% of sales execs hit such goals, but management doesn't want to acknowledge this.

Cons

This is one of the greatest places to work in Houston. It is diverse and the diversity is celebrated. They include free snacks and drinks for all employees
