Good place to work, although lack of degree can stifle you

- Great atmosphere - Great people - Great work - Rewarding projects - Profitshare/benefits are best in class

Cons

- Progression if you're not in an engineering/project role is slow - Top down management means the company isn't as agile as it could be - Old blood in management positions stifles decision making
