The overall feeling in the office, at least in my team, is that people care about you and want you to be happy in your role.

Cons

Pay could be better, especially considering the very poor profit share the last couple years. Competitive bidding that isn't always thought through results in money losing projects very often and results in staff being overworked to meet deadlines.
