There are no cons for me

Toxic culture dominated by egos and internal politics. Extremely hierarchical, decisions are top-down, and input from others is often ignored or dismissed. Chaotic work environment with poor communication and constant shifting priorities. Slow execution, even simple tasks take far too long due to red tape and lack of clear ownership. Most political workplace I’ve ever experienced, Success often depends more on who you know than what you contribute. Inexperienced hires placed in senior roles without the necessary background or leadership skills, leaving people unsupported and undervalued.
