Some of the brightest people in the industry and a culture which genuinely welcomes creativity and original thinking. Very good benefits, pleasant offices in London.

Cons

Slow progression, low pay and a very politicised old boys club culture at the top. Poor leadership at Board level - no clear sense of company vision or direction.
