Pros

The work is generally very interesting, covering a wide range of disciplines and clients. The projects are commonly prestigious and in some cases could be considered cutting edge. In general the people are amazing - friendly and extremely helpful. Aside from salary, the benefits are very good, including private health insurance, above average pension contributions.

Cons

Maintaining a sensible work-life balance is very challenging at times. The firm is employee-owned, which is somewhat of a benefit - although in my opinion this is squed rather too heavily towards upper grades.
