Great worldwide projects to work. They care a lot about their employees. A good mix of young and old employees.

Cons

The schedules are not very flexible. It takes a lot of time to scale up in the company. The salary could be better.

Cant think of any at all.

Cons

Extremely bad working environment. Poor management by the project manager, team leader and directors. No training at all.No encouragement at all.The director would not sign your overtime compensation 90% of the time, which is promised in the contract.
