Decent company but just dont pay enough

Pros

Good friendly culture & well equipped, unfortunately im struggling to expand on any more pro points, the cons are more plentiful.

Cons

Basic salary too low and from what im reading on here im not the only person who thinks this. Profit share not much (although i believe this is because people at Associate level and above receive most of it) and benefits are not realistically of much use. Progression opportunities to go up a grade are minimal or non existant in a lot of roles. Too management heavy overall.

great atmosphere, true company values, flat hierarchy, great progression possibilities and a global family feeling

Cons

the type of projects can lead to stressful periods, working under lots of pressure (but the good type), not the best salaries...
