Business Outlook
Pros
The working environment is excellent, the tasks are well laid-out, the support from the supervisors is excellent. As interns, we were given 15min breaks, both before lunch and after lunch.
Cons
Given the nature of the company, and the assignments it undertakes, it can be fair to say the workload sometimes gets very intensive. This is due to the demand for efficiency and expectations for high standards. Periodic on-the-job training needs to be looked at.
