Pros
Great work culture. Very helpful colleagues who will support you on what you need to do or when you need to get a project across the line. The ethos of Ove Arup himself is still very prominent in the work culture.
Cons
The groups are still being run very separately. It is difficult to switch groups within the company if your interest changes and you want to move to somewhere different within the company.
