Great projects, poor internal processes

Pros

Interesting projects and impactful work, people are friendly and really care about client outcomes Real industry experts with real expertise Amazing healthcare coverage - although I think most companies have that these days

Cons

Awful progression process, no commitment to learning and development, no line management training/processes - some people don’t even know who there line managers are! Extremely low salary compared to industry standards Often have to work on multiple projects as the fee is so low (unless you’re an engineer) Poor and lack of internal processes for example even finding case studies for prev. Projects is a nightmare!!!
