Gained hands-on experience in backend development using Python, Django, and FastAPI. Worked with PostgreSQL and Docker, enhancing my expertise in database management and containerization. Exposure to real-world software development, improving problem-solving and system design skills. Collaborated with a development team, refining communication and teamwork abilities.

Cons

Salary structure was not competitive compared to industry standards. Limited opportunities for career growth and professional development. Work-life balance could be improved.
