Sorry to hear this - it sounds frustrating. Is there anyone you can talk to, your line manager, a mentor or someone else from your team? - Ant

Pros

- good experience for a junior - some engineers are helpful - nice place/ambience to work - youre extremely lucky if you got a cool reporting manager/senior - party comes often and you can make few genuine friends - theres so many people come from all around the world to work, - free drinks in cafe

Cons

- welcome, HRs are the most worse people you can meet. they dont know whats each others job and confuse people and they dont manage anything properly. they pick side of those who are nice to them/company directors (tho its thier fault) so your complains will not be heard and those hrs wont treat you with empathy and invalidate your feelings saying "well its normal" "theres nothing wrong in that". code of ethics..dont really apply. - most of the seniors and juniors thinks youre an idiot and they dont help each other and they are slow as he//. and oh, if anything goes wrong, we blame the juniors of course, its a norm. and we like to talk behind our backs. craig -if youre not lucky, your line managers will be your worst nightmare and wont help you and leave you stranded with so many work and be irresponsible - they expect you to work hard everyday with extra hours cuz some people has loads of task to complete and they wont let you claim the extra time. extremely unfair. - on another side, some people here have NO JOBS to do for like straight 4 months and you sit there and do nothing but its all fun until they ask you to submit timesheets of your work. and blames you for not asking around jobs/task when they obviously got no projects coming in. - changes policies soo freaking frequently and expect you to follow the rules and pull out the "its in our policy" card whenever you find yourself in a vulnerable or difficult situation. - usually doesnt care and wont take much actions if the external team acts inappropriately to you. - doesnt like if you stand up for yourself and youll be in watchlist. - says its flexible but expects you to be in the office everyday. - for the cherry on top, tons of people keep quitting. you will too someday
