Pros

Salvation Army local project and exhibition international project can be worked individually.

Cons

Like I said, as senior architect with AP registered worked solely above projects and assistant and associate without registered and director kept commenting loudly in the office. Poor time management from this small team and nothing related to the international board or other team and no claims for transformation even though we were going to the meeting office.

Pros

Supportive and collaborative colleagues across the broader team which made my day-to-day interactions positive.

Cons

My reporting manager was not supportive and often created a stressful, toxic work environment rather than enabling growth or collaboration. The role came with unrealistic workload demands and an expectation to deliver flawless results while navigating unreliable and poorly maintained systems - all under unsupportive and toxic leadership.
