The working environment is vibrant and exciting. There is a wide variety of projects to work on that will allow you to hone existing skills and develop new ones.

Cons

The work life balance is difficult to maintain with the large workload. There is not a formal training process. You will be thrown into uncomfortable situations that will be challenging and rewarding.

Arup is a fantastic company to work for. Exciting projects, intelligent colleagues and great benefits.

Cons

If you get placed under the wrong manager, your career is doomed! My manager was a woman hating Brit, and others, seeing his treatment, offered to transfer me to their group. He wouldn't have it. And management wouldn't do anything about it since he was a favored son.
