Arup is a big company where there is a lot of room for growth. It is a very friendly work enviornment.

Cons

Sometimes the "extra" stuff that the company does can be annoying. Its not always about getting work done. And it can be a waste of time.

Attendance infractions for using sick pay Can't use PTO without 24 hour notice Pizza party > fair wages Panopticon, they are always watching you Day shift people are incredibly rude and petty / vindictive Companies relies on overtime from its employees to keep up with volume of work

Great company with lots of good benefits, interesting large scale projects, and a fantastic team of people to work with.

Cons

Be prepared to work long hours, overnights and weekends at times. At the end of the day, it is a consulting firm so the clients needs will always come first over employee health and wellbeing.
