- Amazing people, work with talented engineers and consultants, get to see some cool projects - Flexible culture focused on doing right by their people - Very accommodating and understanding of individual needs - Strong sense of culture and great experience for Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineers. Have an award winning advisory team.

Cons

- Struggle to establish new teams in the Americas, dont really need chemical engineers or engineers who want to work on industrial or energy projects - Disappointing BD practices that limit growth, Territorial principles can prevent growth for junior staff - flexibility is dependent on team you join and culture surrounding the team. Majority of cool projects sit in the UK, because of high overhead hard to get on international projects which can stunt growth.
