      Pros

      Unique mission-driven culture, smart and passionate colleagues. Ample opportunities to transfer internally and develop your career within the company.

      Cons

      Large and old organization can move slowly, must learn to navigate the many levels of company bureaucracy. Compensation is somewhat low but overall benefits (401k match, etc.) are good. A few toxic leaders have had a significant negative impact on some teams, but I don't think this is the norm.
