Work life balance is the crux of Arup with overall superb adherence to ethical values and respect to every individual. One is not supposed to work beyond their normal working hours.

Cons

Poor salaries especially in the lower grades. Not many benefits which otherwise are common. Slow promotions.

The company culture is really great. You are respected, trusted, and not overworked. Family comes first and the people here are very accommodating of things like illness, daycare/school schedules, and other things that might pull you away from your computer.

Cons

The pay is less than what you could get at other places.
