The pros here are salary, flexibility and options.

Cons

CEO Joe Sander is moving HQ from Bethesda to SF because ts convenient for him and his family. He doesn't understand this business. The few times I have visited Bethesda during his tenure, employees have shared he does not interact with anyone, just stays in his office. This is the most uninspiring, low energy CEO I've ever worked worked with

Scrum team structure, reasonable self-management, interesting and challenging technology.

Cons

Company is going through rapid change with new management, hard to say how things will change in immediate future. Relatively non-stop product development/delivery cycles.
