Pros

Talented team that enjoys doing what they love. Upper management (including the CEO) is very supportive and goes out of their way to make this a fun, relaxed, but productive work environment. Rarely is there a shortage of work, but it is done efficiently and effectively. Hard work is rewarded and recognized by the department, which provides further motivation for employees to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

This is not an Asbury problem, but probable the biggest con is that it is difficult to stay caught up with the various marketing guidelines for each vehicle manufacturer. It can be frustrating - especially when you are told two different things by two different people or if something changes with little to no communication - but it is a relatively minor obstacle to overcome.
