Above average pay if you are willing to give up family life. Employees are great

Top management and corporate officers are doing their best to take company in the wrong direction. No effort for employee satisfaction. If you start making too much money for you and the company they will be sure to change pay so you dont

Beware - You’ll hate it at corporate

Pros

Career growth, PTO, Fast paced

Cons

Toxicity, Distrust, Shame, Long hours, No Boundaries basically sums it up. Their leaders are the good boys club and there are many unqualified people in leadership positions with no knowledge. If someone leaves good news for headcount bad news for the ones who stay and take on double the work. The company is basically one big rumor mill.

Pros

They will hire just about anybody for this role so if you’re a title clerk they will turn you into an accounting manager within weeks.

Cons

This organization does not care about you. You will work 12+ hour days, you will work weekends and you will be yelled at every step of the way. The kicker is that your staff (what they haven’t taken away or centralized) is not allowed to work overtime so all of the slack falls on the salaried manager. They keep unloading one bad idea after another and it’s the accounting managers responsibility to implement the latest tool when we’ve had zero training or instruction and again we’re yelled at every step of the way.
