Great coworkers, therapy staff are awesome.

Cons

Management not great. DON will stab you in the back. Look for escape Goat if stuff hits the fan.

Pros

Best reason to work at Bethany was because the elderly. I looked at them like my grandparents. Some of them where kind some of them not but that still was the joy for me in working there.

Cons

The downside of working there was a lot of people always called off, always putting the scheduler in a bit of a situation having to be at to many places at once. Some of the elderly complained of having to share bathroom with different sex. They claimed no one does anything about their complaints.

Residents are so kind; leadership sets a great example; Asbury cares about its employees; fun co-workers; beautiful campus; rich history.

Cons

Only thing is it's a far drive from me-- but that's just due to my own situation.
