      A lot of who-you-know to get ahead. Kansas team is mediocre. Other locations have more talent and drive.

      Positivity from everyone in the org chart all the way to the top. Growing company with the right direction in Technology, Productivity, Efficiency. Challenging, rewarding work; and with Work/Home Balance.

      Average pay and benefits compared to some larger corporations, but I could see this improving as the company continues to grow.
