- Autonomy—little micromanagement - Reasonable OKRs - Hybrid work - Nice office

Cons

- Marketing that is not innovative - Political, with “yes, man/ma’am” sycophants remaining for decades - Frequent process changes with little communication about them - Platform and LMS that lacks innovative features and functionality - Confusion about team roles and responsibilities - Poor pay
