Hire and fire, They will hire you for some of the project, once that project finished they will release you on the last day of project. No bench policy. You have to get another project till the current project finishes. You only have to struggle to get the internal project. There are no enough projects. No Increment. No Appraisal. Partiality in employee policy. Some will get joining bonus, some will not.
