Pros
Recruiting team is full of excellent employees, many of the actual workers are wonderful people.
Cons
Employees are expected to do the amount of work which is normally that of an entire team while overtime pay wasn't authorized. Base pay offered was bare minimum for average range, hardly ever see salary increases and the few that happen are so minimal it's almost funny.
