Some folks are nice. Some decent engineers that you may learn a thing or two from.

Cons

Messy projects. No one cares about code quality. Management is willing to throw other people under the bus to save face. They will also make you cancel your planned vacation if they screw up. You are nothing but a cog in a machine here. No one cares about you. Also the massive pool of developers is like 99% male. Yuck.
