Pros
Everything is relative, so I compare to other firms in this industry. Remember there were no layoffs at Ascensus during the recession. This company is profitable, successful and going up! It is ascending rapidly in the industry. Best advantage the company has is the executive and senior management. They are great! If you are talented and train, you will move up.
Cons
But, it can be hard to survive the first few (like 5) years. This is a tough demanding service business. Work volume is heavy, but most ees do not take the problems home with them. Pay is on the low side or average at best.
