      Pros

      In my 6 years at Ascensus, I have proven myself and I get to decide what my priorities are in my work. I have received multiple promotions, having worked for them for 6 years within 8 years I will have doubled my starting pay.

      Cons

      One could probably make more switching to another company.

      Pros

      Working remote and the work life balance I have is awesome. I have grown my salary by double in just the 5 years I have been here. Not including bonuses. I didn't further my education or anything like that. They really respect what I bring to the company. I enjoy that they trust what I decide to prioritize to work on. I do not have to do any of the "employee training/security/etc programs anymore.

      Cons

      There may be better pay and better benefits elsewhere, also better 401k match. They match 4% when you contribute 8%, there are other competitors who match more. The health insurance is just okay.
