      Pros

      You'll realize how much you missed your last job. Also good if you have multiple felonies and are currently on drugs.

      Cons

      Stemming from the CEO down, there is zero concern for employee well-being. You'll find that even the employees/managers that do their best are bogged down at a tremendous rate. The overarching themes you'll see in this company include penny-pinching, disregard for employees (even as a recognized asset to the company), lack of benefits, lack of direct deposit, and high turn-over.

      There aren't pros to list.

      Cons

      If you work the front desk, do not expect a break. Do not expect any type of support under your feet for your legs or knees. Expect to be working 8+ hours without either of these. High expectations for employees with low regard for their well-being. Don't look for a raise whether you're an asset to the company or not.
