      Pros

      If you go in, do your job to the best of your ability, you will be rewarded for it. Ownership, VIP, Managers, will ensure that you're taken care of if you work hard for the company. They may not verbally tell you that you're doing a great job, but they watch, then reward. You must be able to go in, make decisions, and do what you thinks best for the position you're in, and for the company. I have an excellent support group with my GM, and my Regional Sales Manager. I appreciate this company, and I look to be here for a very long time.

      Not Just a Company but a Family

      Pros

      Great culture family oriented, Working with this company full time for the past 3 years has been a challenge and a great learning opportunity. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy the company and the background of how it grew from 5 hotels to 30+. I work with some amazing people and I'm very happy with where I work!

      Cons

      At this time I would think the workforce and Covid would be the downfall keeping people employed.

      Pros

      Great company to work for! President and CEO will call and first thing the day is, how is the family! They value loyalty and are good honest people to work for, been here almost 10 years.

      Cons

      High expectations, but nothing that can’t be achieved. Pushed to be better and grow.
