      lack of training, was there months before they supplied training and the they let a large group of people go

      Pros

      I feel I can be honest with the people I speak with about the company, the benefits are great, very easy to stay motivated as the harder you work the more money you make. The sky is the limit. Truly a company that takes care of their employees. Great platform, great people and very team oriented.
