      Pros

      Decent starting pay for the area. Nothing else i can list for positives.

      Cons

      There are so many to list. The culture is terrible, the sales reps are relentless and most of them are arrogant and self centered. The communication is unlike any other company I've ever been at, they advertise they promote from within but unless you are in sales there is no room for growth. There is no feedback and very little training for the role and you better be a quick learner or the reps will let you know it. The management is also poor, they are not looking for people in my position to stay long term at all.

      Pros

      Run just run guys and gals, this place is a sinking ship. Constant emails and calls to put reps in check while so called superiors make all the money. If you like working hard and NOT seeing the fruits of your labor then this is surely the right job for you.

      Cons

      Just know before you take this job you will be thinking in 3 months what the heck was I thinking and why did I waste my precious time here, that I can assure you.

      Pros

      On top of working with a well established leader of the lending industry, the office colleagues especially in the new jersey office were very driven, knowledgeable & pleasant to be around. The EVP & head of that branch is very approachable and helpful in maximizing your commission - where that is rarely the case in this industry. Be prepared to learn the skills to succeed in commercial lending from the people in the NJ office.

      Cons

      Not convenient to mass transit. Not an overwhelming amount of inbound leads.
