Pros

Chill, they feed you all the time, can work from home, they will pay you holidays and given days by the president.

Cons

Lack of pay for the amount of work... Way Too much work, non stop, if you miss your lunch your behind, forget going to the restroom you be back up, no help, they expect no errors, and forget sick days, no recognition will make you feel like like they dont need you.

Pros

- great benefits - decent commission structure

Cons

- my manager was inexperienced and didn't come from the industry and it showed. - credit didn't really care about our deals and if they were funded or not. - syndications would only send to one lender at a time, makes no sense as that's how you lose deals. - credit analysts we're not on the same page with approvals and declines. - executive management is very engaged during the interview process but literally non existent after.
