      Good place if you need to learn industry

      Pros

      Good base pay, good benefits . Large nation wide company with a good name.

      Cons

      Company does a lot of small ticket deals. They have a weird vendor/end user program . Favoritisms to some employees who can work end users and vendors. Other employees can only call end users . Be ready to loose deals to past reps if you are calling an old customers in data base.

      Very little micro management. Allowed to work with very little supervision. No negative judgment if a mistake is found. Allow to grow and achievement recognized.

      Allow part time employment for retirees.
