Lacks All-around Solid Direction
Pros
The people were mostly nice, made some good friends during my time. The workload normally came in at a steady pace but the disorganisation of management had last minute “urgent” jobs come in from all directions from time to time. Lots of staff events, not that I went to many, but that was just my preference - most enjoyed the communal aspect though.
Cons
Poor management, lack of direction. There’s a reason they’ve been stuck at a combined 80 or so employees. The staff turnover is crazy - so many people leave after such a short time there. The only people there are one’s who have been there for a while already or have long standing management employees taken them under their wing - not everyone is so lucky. Pay isn’t great or competitive, can’t speak for all roles though. Because they advertise to work local and not in Bristol makes them seem they don’t have to pay those rates.
