Some of the individuals that work here are truly great people but they get overshadowed by the others who only care about their clique

Cons

Unfair expectations of some while others are allowed to do whatever they please. Jobs are given based on friendships instead of actual competence levels. Senior management/management in general could care less if issues occur.
