Pros

Very talented and cool bunch of people to work with. Top notch leadership. Teaching culture with a lot mentorship via one on one 'office hours' with senior leadership. Amazing place to grow and learn.

Cons

100% remote so there aren't a ton of opportunities to interact with people outside my department other than Slack.
