Pros

best startup i've ever worked for. Incredible combination of product market fit, customer delight, wicked smart team, and a refreshingly low ego and down-to-earth culture. The product is leaps and bounds better than the competition in a space ripe for consolidation and disruption, and we widen the gaps every day with our ability to quickly ship powerful and innovative features. 80% of AEs hit their quota last quarter (some over 150%), which is remarkable in this environment.

Cons

a bit understaffed (temporarily) in some key functions, but this being addressed
