The people who work for the company are so nice

The pay is terrible. They like to say how much the top earners make but always leave out the fact of how little most people make. You actually can’t live off the pay they give you.

If you make it past 90 days you get a 50% discount

Cons

Expect you to essentially be on call 24/7, no work life balance, toxic and hostile work environment. People are not exaggerating at all when they say it is “cult like”. Shady sales tactics to get customers to buy. Use fear of punishment to motivate employees.
