Great team atmosphere, amazing office space, if you like socializing its a good company to work for. Amazing development and support staff. Top class product and brand.

Cons

Salary's aren't competitive, appraisals hardly ever happen. Top tier management lack direction and lead by installing fear rather than with praise. Everything is on a need to know basis.
